Dr. Phyllis Myers
President & Owner
Phyllis has her doctorate in School Curriculum and Administration from the University of Chicago. She completed certification endorsements for Superintendent of Schools, School Principal, Curriculum Specialist, School Reading Specialist, and English teacher. Dr. Myers has taught grade levels elementary through high school, as well as teacher education classes at the university graduate level. Administrative experience includes Reading/Language Arts Supervisor for 12 schools before becoming Executive Director for a Non Profit Educational organization where services were recognized by President Bush’s Thousand Points of Light and a personal contribution/program endorsement from President Obama. Dr. Myers has given over 200 workshops for educators and parents. She was an on air Educational Contributor for NBC News for 8 years, as well as a consultant to businesses/business families. She started Superior Chicago Tutoring in 2011.
Cindy Milojevic
Vice President / Program Director
Cindy has a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana, a Master's degree from Northwestern University and a Master's degree in School Administration from Concordia University. She is a retired Assistant Principal from Oak Park and River Forest High School where she was the Director of Student Activities for 11 years. Prior to that, she worked as a career counselor at Lyons Township High School, as a Grant Administrator at Maine South High School, and taught at Northwestern’s Dental School. Before her work in education, Cindy had a successful career in business for 25 years.

Colleen Morgan
Elementary Program Director
Colleen earned her degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Dayton and went on to complete a Master’s degree at National Louis University, specializing as a Reading Specialist. Colleen began her career teaching in the Archdiocese of Chicago, where she spent eight years in the classroom. In 2017, she joined Superior Chicago Tutoring, where she currently serves as Program Director for the elementary schools. She has a deep understanding of literacy development and a passion for collaboration. Colleen is committed to supporting students, teachers and parents, ensuring that every child receives the support needed to be successful in and out of the classroom.

Courtney Johnston
Elementary Program Director
Courtney holds a Bachelor's Degree from Wittenberg University and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from National Louis University. Before joining Superior Chicago Tutoring in 2020, she dedicated 15 years to teaching Kindergarten and preschool across the Chicagoland area. Currently, Courtney serves as Program Director for the elementary schools. Her passion for education, combined with strong communication and organizational skills, drives her commitment to ensure that all students receive the academic resources and interventions they need to succeed.

David Prosser
High School Program Director/Data Analyst
David has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Teacher Education from Illinois State University and has been the lead teacher for DePaul College Prep’s Title I Program (EDGE) since 2018. He joined Superior Chicago Tutoring’s leadership team as a High School Liaison and Data Analyst in 2024. In this role, he assists in the aggregation/validation of Title I eligibility data, scheduling, audit compliance, and collaborating with various school administrators to jump-start new Title I programs and improve existing ones.

Lauren Langenmayr
Assistant Business Manager
Lauren is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she earned a degree in Advertising with a minor in Communications. She spent 15 years in software sales, establishing a strong record in client engagement, strategic communication, and business development. Currently, she serves as an Executive Administrative Assistant at SCT, where she applies her organizational expertise, professionalism, and customer-focused mindset to support daily operations and drive company growth.

Julie Goncoe
Business Manager
Julie joined Superior Chicago Tutoring in 2018 and has over 30 years of administrative and business management experience. As a business manager for the company, she provides administrative support to the entire team, using her organizational and communication skills to enhance operations. Julie's responsibilities include; assisting teachers with their classroom needs, managing all required Chicago Public Schools (CPS) paperwork, and handling all other administrative tasks. Prior to Julie's current role, she gained valuable experience working in real estate and various administrative positions.
