We hire educators who bring strong credentials and experience to our team. The majority of our teachers have a master's degree in their subject area and over 80% hold special teacher accreditations such as Special Education and Reading Certification. All teachers have undergone the national background checks with fingerprinting.

Teachers are given the opportunity to participate in professional development throughout the year, enhancing their knowledge and skills to provide the best possible instruction for their students. We train and support them in the use of assessment's data to drive classroom instruction.
